Q. How long does a windshield replacement take?
Installation takes about 60–90 minutes plus cure time. Most replacements are done within about 3 hours.
Q. Can every chip be repaired?
Bullseye, half-moon and star chips no bigger than a loonie can usually be repaired. Larger damage, long cracks or chips at the edge usually need a replacement.
Q. Do you offer mobile service?
Yes, mobile service is 100% free throughout the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Q. Will insurance cover my windshield?
Most chip repairs are covered with no deductible under comprehensive coverage. For replacements, we can save you most or all of your deductible on most claims.
Q. What is ADAS calibration?
ADAS calibration realigns the cameras and sensors used by lane-keeping, collision warning and similar safety features after windshield repair or replacement.
Q. What warranty do you offer?
Our work comes with a lifetime limited warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.
